The feedback has nothing to do with a negative review of the product. We use this for nearly 8-9 hours a day with only standard breaks being taken approximately every two hours. It works great. It has long range connectivity. It has made our jobs easier. The downside is that it does begin to become uncomfortable after the 4-6 hour mark. My recommendation is to take a few more breaks.

This headset is specifically designed for wired telephone use. To use it as a wireless headset for computer-based operation will require the use of a special interface cable that uses both the 3.5mm jack and the telephone rj-11 connector. It works well and is a durable design.

Bought this to use at work and don’t know how I ever lived without it. Crystal clear and easy to use.

I bought this for my front desk personnel the headset work after I made some adjustments to my office phone that is older Nortel model. Directions could have been a little more helpful but the quality of the headset is very good.

This is a great product. I work at home as a customer service agent and I bought this so I would be chained to my corded headset. This product allows me to move around while talking, I can play my radio as loud ad I want in the next room. The caller can only hear the sound that is projected directly into the microphone. I would recommend this to every person who works from home. The mute button is located on the headset which is another great feature. The battery says charged for my entire 8 hour shift!

Performs as advertised. Just what I needed. I no longer rearrange items on my desk or drag them onto the floor with a wired headset. I should have looked into this a year earlier. Highly recommend.

Sometimes you find a product that truly works and makes you wish you had purchased it long ago. This Plantronics Wireless Headset System was easy to connect to my existing ATT office phone and allows you to walk around the office and still keep you connected to the phone call. It's great!

This is the third same headset I have purchased for my office and employees love it. The range is fantastic, as I can walk around the whole office and carry on a conversation. It is very easy to connect to our existing phones, and very light weight and comfortable to wear.

I love the headset. The wireless fearure is amazing. I can get up and walk around all day. The voice quality is super clear and they don't pick up background noise. They only minor downfall is that sometimes they will pick up an echo type thing when you move. But other than that it works great.

At work, they wanted me to use a soft phone, which I hated. This allows me to have my hands free and I can walk around the clinic to consult with other people without having to put the person on hold. The quality of the sound is great and adjustable. The headgear stays in place and is comfortable. It is wonderful!!!

Have not had one issue out this headset. Battery lasts all day with no issues and call quality is second to none

I'm sure it would have been great but my phone system was not adaptable to the product so I had to retun it and get the total package

This works great and the employee loves it. She can walk around the entire office and not miss a call and the call quality is very good.

Purchased this wireless headset for an employee and have found the call clarity is very good. The microphone boom is a little stiff and had to be bent toward your mouth in order for the caller on the other side to hear speech more clearly, but it is working well after that adjustment.

It is a good item.I hope that it will be working for a long time.

I was tired of holding my cordless handset between my neck and shoulder so I needed a wireless headset for my warehouse and this one works great. It even works in my house about 200 feet away. Its not cheap, but it is worth every penny to me.
