A: Unfortunately, this headset is not compatible with cordless phones.
A: A handset lifter or EHS cable is not required to use your headset, however without these accessories you will not be able to answer or end calls from your headset and you will need to manage them from the phone itself. A: Hello- The CS510 is complatiblie with multi-line phones; however, it will only act as replacement for the phone's handset. Though you will be able to answer/end calls from the headset with most phones, any of the actual phone functions like putting calls on hold, transferring etc...will still need to be done from the phone itself.
Q: Is this headset compatible with a Cisco MPP8841 business phone?
A: Hello! Yes, the CS520 is compatible with a Cisco 8841 IP phone. If you are interested in remote call control (answer/end) for the headset, then please note your phone will also require an APC-43 EHS cable. If you get the APC-43 and you're using the key expansion module 7914, the cable 85638-01 from Plantronics is required. Q: Is this headset bluetooth compatible with a Cisco SPA525G business phone?
A: No, it is not compatible since it does not have Bluetooth.
Q: Does this headset work with cell phones?
A: Hello! No, this headset is not compatible with cell phones. The headset works with DECT technology (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) which is different from Bluetooth signal. A: The unit has a mute button on the headset but it is a hard wired base with a spread spectrum radio headset. It does not use wifi or Bluetooth
