I purchased a 60mm macro lens and this filter to protect the lens. It doesn't interfere with the shot at all in fact it reduces the glare.

This lens filter does the job!. It seems to be solid and protects my lenses. DO NOT fail to protect your lenses. I USE THE PLATINUM'S TO PROTECT ALL MY LENSES AND HAVE NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM.

Love my Camera Lens too much, to not have some protection. not only does this filter protect, it also filters out unwanted glare while making colors sharper... must have for all lenses....

The product was very expensive for the camera filter however it helps a lot to protect my camera lens.

There’s not a lot to say about UV filters. They are primarily used to protect the front of your lens. Yeah, that UV thing too, but mainly protection. And this filter by Platinum does a good job of protecting! It fits and screws on to the lens with no problem.

I couldn’t/can’t possibly NOT use this item with my Canon 6D; it is well-made, simple to use, if not worry-free, and, in short, safety-and security-sharp. Note, however, that I found even better and finer is the Best Buy absolutely courteous professionalism extended throughout my purchase process: I, mistakenly, originally purchased the wrong-fitting item; but, upon returning to my Best Buy store, the sales professionals immediately and effectively guided me to the right filter: They were, here, as always, absolutely absolutely positive and helpful. Many sincerest thanks to all who assisted me. Best Buy customer service is, I have carefully found, consistently singularly excellent.

A must have for any camera lens purchase. A no brainer to protect the money lens with this inexpensive filter. And blocks/filters UV.

For the price, this is great just to help protect your expensive investment from anything from minor wear and tear to front end disaster.

I purchased this filter along with my Nikon Macro lens to help protect its front element and the filter does its job marvelously.

The filter works great and does what a filter is suppose to do. For the money it is great and I would buy this brand again.

What can one say. You wear your seatbelt when you drive, You bring a parachute when you skydive, You put a flea color on your dog. You protect what you love or care about. So lenses are expensive and scratches ruin them. This is the way to protect them. This lens filter is very good. It does the job. Don't leave your lenses unprotected. I bought this for my camera and am glad I did.
