I like this case and have had several of them. I like the thickness and feel and the kickstand comes in handy when watching videos but I keep breaking the holster. It's likely my fault b/c I often get it caught on the seat-belt buckle in my car but if it would be slightly stronger this case would be excellent.

I had a platinum case for my old galaxy s5 and went with one for my new galaxy s8. It is sturdy feeling and helps me feel less likely to accidentally break the phone than I did without a case. I didn't give 5 stars because the thickness of the case can make using the pulse/blood oxygen/stress sensor problematic at times.

I have had this type of device before on my other phones and love them. They keep your phone secured and you don't have to worry about it falling out. The only problem I have with my current one is that it has sharp edges, but I suppose I could file them down although I have yet to be scratched by it.

I had this case for my S6 and it kept that phone pristine even after a few drops. And that was using ONLY the back part. The first time I dropped my phone was trying to get it of the clip-on part so I never used that part again. I just wish I could get the back part off right now to put in a SD card.

I was worried if a case might mess with the "infinity screen" but it does not at all, and having had dropped my phone a few times, it has protected the back of my phone so far. Love the additional kickstand which is good if you ever watch any videos on your phone and want to set it down

I like this case very much. I have dropped my phone on a variety of surfaces. I hope I don't jinx myself but I have yet to crack or scratch my screen. The only down fall is I find it hard to remove the case off my phone. Otherwise great purchase

The case fits the phone so well, once you put it on, it's not so easy to take off. The holster works good and has a strong clamp to stay on waist band. Also like the phone faces inward to protect the screen. Overall, good case for Samsung Galaxy 8 phone!

This phone case and clip are pretty good. I used it on my Galaxy S6 and only had to get a new one once over a couple years. That's good considering that i have had two other clips that broke in several days of purchase. Now I have this for my S8.

Holster is pretty nice and it is really easy to put the phone in it AFTER you get it properly lined up and clipped into the bottom. The holster also has a foldable leg on the belt clip allowing it to be also used as a stand. The phone case is hard plastic and doesn't do much for protecting the phone from drops onto hard surfaces. As a matter of fact, the screen on the S8 is fully exposed and will contact the surface if dropped on its screen, face down. The case has a foldable leg on the back allowing the phone to be propped up for viewing video and movies. This leg is metal, however, and if the device is inserted in the wireless charging pocket of the 2016-2017 Chevy Malibu, it gets EXTREMELY HOT. Therefore , the phone must be inserted into the charger slot upside down to keep tbe metal leg outside the charging slot.

The case provides great protection for the phone and also comes with a belt clip unit that is sturdy and simple to use. Even if you don't use the belt clip unit the case itself will protect the phone and does not limit use.

I have used one of these holster/case/clips for the past 5 years. They work really good and protect the phone. However after a while the clip breaks off and at that point the whole system is useless.

I used to have a Verizon holder that broke after 6 months, so this is definitely better, but it is pretty cumbersome- big footprint. I do feel my phone is better protected but it might be a little much.

the clip attaching the two sides is very large. if you try to attach it to your shorts, it will dig into your body and make it uncomfortable. otherwise, it provides protection well.

This is my third phone using this style case for the Samsung 6-7-8. Phone does not slip out of your hand but also not bulky. Love the kick stand for viewing on side. Survives falls with no damage.

it has two pieces, is a hard casae, one goes on your phone, and the second part clicks into it and has a clip for the belt, I purchased this for my husband and he likes it a lot.

I always buy Platinum cases. Sometimes one needs a holster (at the gym, running), and this case works well with and without the holster. I like it that none of the buttons or ports are covered. I dropped my last phone maybe a dozen times, and it never suffered any damage. One thing I do not like is that once installed, it can be very, very difficult to get the case off. I have figured out a way to get it off now (using a thin metal bookmark), but it's still not easy to remove.

Well, I bought the new Samsung Galaxy S8 and was really happy with my new toy; only now I wanted to help protect my investment. The S8 cover made specifically for the Galaxy was the obvious choice. I found it to be an excellent fit; plenty of thought out snug and safety design features for an excellent phone. I also opted for purchasing the combination phone case and belt clip that comes together, and saves on cost. The sleek slim comfort fit works great and highlights the phone really nicely. The adjustable belt clip design was an unexpected feature that just put icing on the cake!

Love the fact that the case has a kick stand in the back of it that I can watch videos, tv or even look at my emails without holding my cell phone.

As advertised, great quality product. My only issue is that the inside case is quite difficult to get off once you've put it on.

My phone has fallen quite a few times and no scratches no cracks ! I didn't give it a 5 only because it is a pain to remove ...
