So I saw this in the store while browsing and it caught my eye. Its a sharp looking bag with comfortable padding. The inside organizer seemed decent and I really liked the quilted laptop pouch in the back. The main seller for me was the bottom of the bag which is a semi-hard box thats durable for sitting on the ground but would have been great for all the awkward items like chargers, batteries and other random small items.
However, upon getting it home I started to play with the divider pieces only to realize theres no way to set it up where your camera body can be stored inside with a lens attached (other than maybe a fixed 35mm). The directions on the tag even show it being setup where your body goes in the side access door and then your lenses go lengthwise inside. This is a huge pain requiring you to build your camera literally every time it goes in or out of the bag. Also, as others have mentioned, its actually kind of small; I have a D700 body and it was crushing the weak divider walls and the channels for long lens definitely were not wide enough to put two in there. The length of the lens channels also is fixed and you cannot remove the top divider to allow them into the top hatch.
I was really excited for this bag to be my all in one drone/camera setup. But having to break down the camera every time was a deal breaker. I am returning it for the Lowepro Flipside BP 300 AW III also available at Best Buy and which I almost originally purchased instead. See picture attached and youll see how the Lowepro actually allows you to put your camera inside whole, whereas all the pics for this Platinum bag show it broken down.

This bag seemed like it was going to be perfect with so many compartments and easy camera access after doing a ton of online research here and on Amazon. I even read the questions under this post which said someone had an almost 17" laptop fit perfect in here. Unfortunately the description is 100% inaccurate and I'm wondering if they re-did the design because the tag even says now that it will only fit a 13" tablet/laptop. I got it home and luckily read the tag before I removed it....my 15" MacBook Pro will not fit. This is very disappointing for a bag of this size. I tried telling Best Buy chat about this discrepancy so someone else didn't make this purchase without knowing the real information but they said they couldn't change the item description. It's going back today.

I am surprised how much fit in this pack. I have a DJI spark fly more kit, a mavic air fly more kit, and a mavic 2 pro with fly more combo, my iPad 4 mini, extra cables and still have pockets unused. The padding on the back is great and there is a small pocket there also. The large area between padding and compartment holds my 13 inch MacBook Pro with ease. Time will tell the quality of the materials but it holds everything I needed. If it holds up well I will get another to hold DSLR equipment.

Perfect camera back pack for my current needs. Handing the extra pouch on the bottom allows me more space to pack my gear and lessens what I actually have to carry.

Excellent buy. Great for all your camera gear. You can fit a 13inch mac. Quality is great. I like the box container in the bottom, you can place it anywhere without damaging the bag

Horrible backpack the inside liners are near impossible to put in correctly if you deicde to mess around with it and change the inside for some reason they have the top part partially covered and when you try to attach it to the inner liner it just gets pinced together after 20 mins of trying to get even i gave up. The side pocket is also in a bad spot every time you open it it pulls apart the inner liner

Very pleased with this bag. It's lightweight, but very sturdy and I was able to fit a Canon R6, RF 70-200 2.8, RF 24-70 2.8 and an EF 300 2.8 with adapter in it. It has several pockets to store items like keys, wallet, extra batteries, etc., even a small umbrella. I love the zippered bottom compartment for all the extras too. My only complaint is that the top compartment is permanently sewn in on 3 sides. I would rather have that open if desired to extract lenses from the top. Overall great bag!

Well constructed bag. I’ve got it set up for one camera that can be easily accessed from the top and then 2 cameras from the side. Plenty of storage and comfortable for a little hike with. I have a total of 3 Sony mirrorless cameras and a couple of extra lenses if needed. I really appreciate the storage space on the bottom as it has a stiffer plastic material that not only keeps my heart safe from small drops, but also gives a solid base for standing the bag upright.

Nice bag, not ideal for full size DSLR and lenses

I wanted to like this bag. It's attractive and appears to be well apportioned but once I started loading in my gear I quickly realized that it's not ideal for full size DSLRs
You cannot access your camera from the top so in order to carry the camera with a 70-200 attached you have to remove most of the dividers to load from the side or kind if wedge it in and down to get it under the lip at the top. Either way, with a camera like a 7DMKII it do not have enough room for several lenses and some lenses have to be tucked under that top lip.
The straps are fairly thick and ventilated but at the top they are attached to the flap that unzips for a tablet or small laptop. With the weight of this camera and several lenses I would have concerns about durability of the straps on that zipper.
The bottom semi-hard shell is nice for stability when on the ground but it the bag does sink into this space when full. I don't know if this would be a problem on the zipper or if over time, with weight, you might have to pull the weight off the zipper to zip/unzip.
The materials used for the Velcro dividers to not stick well and I found one to have dropped after putting in an 85mm prime lens. By comparison my old Canon bag could accommodate the camera with any lens attached and still hold 3-4 lenses in the main section and most accessories in the side pouches. Also the Velcro in the Canon bag sticks like glue.
If I were looking for a "day" bag to carry only 1-2 lenses and some other utility items I would give this bag another look but as I am looking for something to hold more and be more adventurous with it was not for me. I ended up with the Lowepro Flipside 500 AW

Nice amount of space. Wish the back zipper opening was bigger. The hard bottom section is handy to store masks, gloves and disinfectant wipes (thanks RONA). Love the side pouches for my tripod and water bottle. Sturdy and roomy

This camera backpack is worth the extra money. It is sturdy and spacious. There is enough room for two cameras and several lenses. What I really love about it is the plastic bottom which offers added protection as well as allows it to stay upright when I set it down. That does make it a heavier backpack than others I own, but I don’t go on long trips where I’m carrying it for long periods of time. I use it for storage more than anything.
