First shout out to the employee who took the time to locate the correct console as I wanted the one with a disc drive. The initial start up did not take as nearly as long as expected, also you can load a game via disk at the same time it is updating and setting up. Graphics are great, the remote works across the room just fine. Easy set up. The one downfall is 1TB isn't a lot if you are going to be downloading games but being able to add external memory is great.

PS5 was a big hit! Best Buy clerk was very helpful and selecting it and the accessories needed to open and begin play!

I’ve had my new PlayStation since Christmas, and it’s been everything I wanted and more. The performance, graphics, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I also love Best Buy the purchase process was quick and easy, and I wasn’t sure which option to buy, but both sales reps were incredibly helpful in narrowing it down for me. They even walked me through setting up my new system online and wrote the steps down so I could follow them later.

I enjoy this product. I use often and it keeps me entertained. The PS5 Runs well and I haven't had any problems with it.

Such a great gaming system. My kids were over the moon when they opened this on Christmas. Fun for the whole family!

I thought it would be best to wait it out till all of the kinks were worked out and it proved to be the perfect time to purchase! the Best Buy team was amazing and made me feel like they cared about the product and its handling. I’m 67 years old and have never owned a game system of my own. I purchased a Spider Man 2 game and now I’ve got my 30 year old son showing me how to use the game remote. There’s a bit of a learning curve but once i got past it it was fun to play. Im retired and it gives me something to do that i enjoy. Plus i can now spend more quality time with my grandkids when they come to visit. Thank you BB

My son loves this system and the simple fact he got Fortnite free bucks he was pumpled. We haven't had any issues. We did get additional storage space added to our system to prevebt having to pay for the cloud. The amount of storage you get with the game alone isn't enough if the person that owns it is a big gamer.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it. He just needs a little more time to practice on it, but I know for sure he will have mastered in no time. To download games is an easy process but I do wish they had more games for younger kids. But I love the fact that he has so much space on the console and he can still listen to music and watch tv.

This PlayStation 5, especially with the Fortnite bundle, is a fantastic gaming machine. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the storage is more than adequate for my current needs. The controller is comfortable and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this console, especially for Fortnite players!

Got the PS5 as a Christmas gift to myself. Zero regrets. The graphics are stunning, load times are lightning-fast compared to my old PS4, and best of all, my PS4 games run without a hitch. No need to repurchase anything. As a grown man with grown-man responsibilities, I don’t get much game time during the week, but on weekends? It’s go time. Loving every second so far.
