Got it for a Christmas gift. Set it up yesterday. No problems so far except it has to be upright instead of on its side. The microphone on the controller is a bit glitchy too.

Item was stolen in mail before delivery. Best buy denied my replacement claim after i supplied footage of box arriving tampered with. They used the footage to deny claim instead of using it to help me.since this incident ive been getting the run around beween best buy and fed ex. Made a police report trying to get a resolution. Had to purchase another ps5 for my sons bday. Im oit $600 as of today

I purchased the 1T version and you sent me the model CFI-2115 , the 825 gb version . The outside packaging was correct but the model unit inside was not . Lost my trust .

I really love it, it loads very fast, and rarely (if at all, only on games very very advanced) lags at all. Even those lag spikes are absolutely nothing. It’s easy to access the ssd compartment to easily swap out ssd or add one, which it really good. The panels that pop off are a life saver so you have easy access to the inside of the ps5. Compared to the ps4, it makes practically no noise unlike the helicopter like sounds coming from ps4 cooling system. Overall great purchase and it will last long, if treated right. P.s. And all the ps5 games are so worth it.
