Got it for a Christmas gift. Set it up yesterday. No problems so far except it has to be upright instead of on its side. The microphone on the controller is a bit glitchy too.

Item was stolen in mail before delivery. Best buy denied my replacement claim after i supplied footage of box arriving tampered with. They used the footage to deny claim instead of using it to help me.since this incident ive been getting the run around beween best buy and fed ex. Made a police report trying to get a resolution. Had to purchase another ps5 for my sons bday. Im oit $600 as of today
