Over all I expected a better performance from the device but handles games very well and doesn’t over heat so I would give it a 9/10.

I ordered a PS5 which they delivered with no packaging, literally sat a ps5 on my door in EAST DALLAS. Like how careless can they be, I left my 12 yr old at home just to be able to get the package but they didn’t knock or ring the doorbell like I asked. And when I called customer service it took them 10 business days to email me and say “please contact you local law enforcement” WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !

My son went for a 4 to a 5 for Christmas and the difference is night and day. The controller is a little different but easier to hold. Nicely designed. The system itself is a beautiful upgrade. Graphics and speed are impeccable. Whether you lay it horizontally or stand it vertically you will need a stand to keep the system stable and cool. Arabs is not included but easily enough to obtain.

Excellent value, super easy payment plan process. My husband absolutely loved it. Graphics are so amazing. He was able to link his xbox call of duty account so he could just resume where he was at and was blown away by the clarity on the Ps5 vs Xbox. Said it’s the best gift he's ever received.

We like the product as far as storage space it could be more. the games are clear and everything works as it should. Also the games are much easier to upload to the system when purchasing more games.

I purchased this PS5 from Best Buy as a birthday gift for my son and did in-store pickup. The pickup process was fast and easy, and the console was in perfect condition. Setup was quick, the graphics are amazing, and the load times are super fast. My son absolutely loves it, and seeing how excited he was on his birthday made this purchase totally worth it. I would definitely recommend the PS5 and buying from Best Buy.

I picked up my PS5 from Best Buy and I’ve been loving it ever since. Setup was super easy, and the whole buying process was smooth, which was a nice bonus. Using it day to day has been awesome. Games load crazy fast, and the graphics honestly blew me away the first time I played. Everything runs really smooth, even during intense moments. The controller surprised me the most—the haptic feedback and triggers actually make games feel more realistic and fun instead of just feeling like another controller. It’s also way quieter than I expected, even after long gaming sessions. The menu is clean and easy to use, so jumping between games and apps is quick. The only downside is storage fills up fast with newer games, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the PS5 just feels next level. If you’re thinking about getting one from Best Buy, I’d definitely recommend it

This product is as advertised out of the box living up to the Sony name. I'm enjoying hours of fun and smooth operation. It takes up little space on the desk top or the floor. The games offered are just amazing. The PS5 may be designed and built for the younger generation but seniors can find just as much fun with the game to help fill those times of being alone. I would recommend seniors to pick up one to help with mental and physical enhancements. If I was Sony I would peoduce advertisements involving senior cirizens showing that the PS5 can be used to bridge the gap bring the young and old together in this divided society. I would recommend to all my senior citizen friends

This is the first Playstation I've owned since the ps2. My first one was faulty. I had to take it back to best buy and the rep I did the exchange with said it's hit or miss with the PS5. But this one I have now works fine. Amazing graphics. Would recommend.

Very good my grandkids love it they downloaded Fortnite and say it runs better then the old Xbox they also said they like the astrobot game on the ps5 very good for grandkids and for me too helps with arthritis

Best Buy is truly the best place to go for any purchase. This PS5 has been the ultimate game changer for me. The performance and product quality is awesome!

Not disappointed at all. The ps5 itself is great compared to my old xbox one’s performance. The console doesn’t come equipped with a disc drive but unlike the digital Xbox series S, you have the option to add a disc drive to your already purchased console rather than purchasing a more expensive model after. The downside with the PS5 Systems is that PlayStation Store is more expensive in comparison to Xbox Digital Store when purchasing games online.

I wasn’t going to upgrade my console since my day one still worked fine but this was a bit of a upgrade in runs slightly fast

It has simply been a good purchase. Over the years I've owned several consoles, and this one has been the best.

Absolutely amazing console to play keeps you busy and not sitting at home miserable so many options movies games puzzles and more.

Got this for my nephew for Christmas he's been playing on my old PS4 since 2016 and it's been slowing down more and more in recent times. All he really plays is some Minecraft roblox and fornite which is why I got him this version he was so excited for a new console of his own and when he realized it came with special skins he practically hyperventilate him self out of enjoyment so I'm now ranked best uncle ever. Wish I had pictures of his face they were priceless.

It handles everything you throw at it with ease, the UI is well-designed and the controller is simply excellent.
