Customer service was detailed and professional. I did not have my Best Buy card with me, but the gentlemean was very courteous and helpful. He assisted with every question and was very knowledgeable of the system I was purchasing. Bought for husband for Christmas to replace his PS4. After finally getting his settings right and buying a new controller that allowed him to set the bottom paddles like he likes them, he is more than satisfied. Great replacement - now it doesn't sound like his game system is going to take of flying at anytime. (His PS4 was LOUD).

My granddaughter who is 14 was so surprised about this digital ps5. She screamed so loud when she opened this gift. I think digital is the best way to go because it eliminates all the cd’s that get tossed around at some point and time. I didn’t go wrong with this gift. Cannot go wrong with this slim PS5 purchase. It works as advertised and it was quick and easy for me to purchase from BestBuy. Also it works with a 220v and you do not need a stepdown if it is been sent outside the united states.

I've had a Xbox one for about 5 years. The PS5 is great, the loading time is unbelievably fast, the game play is easy and it has amazing response. I have the 870gb so the 1 tera gb is better but all in all, great system

Great product! The controller is easy to hold and vibrates so you feel apart of the game. If you are not familiar with a game there are good practice type simulations. I am very satisfied with this product.

I havent stopped playing this game ever since I bought it. I loveeee it and would tell anyone to purchase this game.. if you see it buy it! Price isn’t bad . It comes with Fortnite. Controller is also included along with the cords.. don’t just stare at it BUY IT!!!!
