I picked up my PS5 from Best Buy and I’ve been loving it ever since. Setup was super easy, and the whole buying process was smooth, which was a nice bonus. Using it day to day has been awesome. Games load crazy fast, and the graphics honestly blew me away the first time I played. Everything runs really smooth, even during intense moments. The controller surprised me the most—the haptic feedback and triggers actually make games feel more realistic and fun instead of just feeling like another controller. It’s also way quieter than I expected, even after long gaming sessions. The menu is clean and easy to use, so jumping between games and apps is quick. The only downside is storage fills up fast with newer games, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the PS5 just feels next level. If you’re thinking about getting one from Best Buy, I’d definitely recommend it

This product is as advertised out of the box living up to the Sony name. I'm enjoying hours of fun and smooth operation. It takes up little space on the desk top or the floor. The games offered are just amazing. The PS5 may be designed and built for the younger generation but seniors can find just as much fun with the game to help fill those times of being alone. I would recommend seniors to pick up one to help with mental and physical enhancements. If I was Sony I would peoduce advertisements involving senior cirizens showing that the PS5 can be used to bridge the gap bring the young and old together in this divided society. I would recommend to all my senior citizen friends

This is the first Playstation I've owned since the ps2. My first one was faulty. I had to take it back to best buy and the rep I did the exchange with said it's hit or miss with the PS5. But this one I have now works fine. Amazing graphics. Would recommend.

Very good my grandkids love it they downloaded Fortnite and say it runs better then the old Xbox they also said they like the astrobot game on the ps5 very good for grandkids and for me too helps with arthritis

I got this for a kid thats dad didn't want anything to do with him for Christmas. His PS4 was old and didn't work without shutdown after he was playing fortnite for a little while. His mom was struggling with money also... i decided to shop around and found this deal... the amount of excitement in this kids eyes when he opened up his present was heart warming... this was the perfect gift for him...

Not disappointed at all. The ps5 itself is great compared to my old xbox one’s performance. The console doesn’t come equipped with a disc drive but unlike the digital Xbox series S, you have the option to add a disc drive to your already purchased console rather than purchasing a more expensive model after. The downside with the PS5 Systems is that PlayStation Store is more expensive in comparison to Xbox Digital Store when purchasing games online.

I was skeptical when getting this, as I always got a PlayStation with a disk drive as I was used to buying hard copy games. After some time, I totally forgot about it and it is nice to have all the game downloaded into the system and don't have to swap out CD to play different games. Also getting an external hard drive and setting it up is super simple so now my PS5 has 3 terabits

I bought a PS5 for my little brother, and honestly, seeing his reaction made it 100% worth it. The moment he opened it, his face lit up with pure excitement, and he couldn’t stop smiling. He’s been talking about it nonstop, and watching him enjoy it so much reminds me of how I felt getting my first console. It created a really special moment for both of us, he was very thankful!

I wasn’t going to upgrade my console since my day one still worked fine but this was a bit of a upgrade in runs slightly fast

It has simply been a good purchase. Over the years I've owned several consoles, and this one has been the best.

Absolutely amazing console to play keeps you busy and not sitting at home miserable so many options movies games puzzles and more.

Got this for my nephew for Christmas he's been playing on my old PS4 since 2016 and it's been slowing down more and more in recent times. All he really plays is some Minecraft roblox and fornite which is why I got him this version he was so excited for a new console of his own and when he realized it came with special skins he practically hyperventilate him self out of enjoyment so I'm now ranked best uncle ever. Wish I had pictures of his face they were priceless.

It handles everything you throw at it with ease, the UI is well-designed and the controller is simply excellent.

Customer service was detailed and professional. I did not have my Best Buy card with me, but the gentlemean was very courteous and helpful. He assisted with every question and was very knowledgeable of the system I was purchasing. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days thank you to Bestbuy and the represenative for the seamless process!

Bought for husband for Christmas to replace his PS4. After finally getting his settings right and buying a new controller that allowed him to set the bottom paddles like he likes them, he is more than satisfied. Great replacement - now it doesn't sound like his game system is going to take of flying at anytime. (His PS4 was LOUD).
