Got it for my grandson he is exactly the happiest boy he's ever been and the PlayStation is wonderful and I think Best buy cuz I started looking online and Best buy always comes through what a great company they really are I know I know how it is I work at Kroger's been at Kroger's for 33 years and I do appreciate Best buy I sure do thank you for all you do too

The PS5 is a great product overall. It looks excellent even on my 10-year-old TV, game selection includes PS4 games on disc (provided they were manufactured in the past five years or so) and the entertainment app selection is as good as any other console. The controller is a little small for my hands personally, but that’s just a question of managing settings. Also the physical design for with disc version is low key incredible.

​I bought this PS5 for my three sons, and they are completely obsessed. The speed and incredible graphics are a huge upgrade. Since we got it, they've definitely been choosing the PS5 over their Nintendo Switches. The DualSense controller is a game-changer for immersion. A must-buy for a gaming household!

An amazing prouduct. My two sons have an amazing time playing together, It really has made their bond even stronger than it already was. I would highly reccomend this console to any other parent for the reason that it really brings siblings together to have fun together. 10/10 on this proudct.

This is a great buy even without the discount I got during the holiday sale. My kids love it so much , it was an easy set up and controller and console looks so neat.it was backward compatible with the cd games I have for a ps4 . So I didn’t have to buy again.

Perfect Christmas gift for my son. His PS4 was 11 years old & still working perfectly fine (he’s not a heavy gamer.) My husband & I felt he needed something new despite him telling us for years he didn’t need it. We’re all very pleased with the game console as well as the Madden 26!

I bought this for my grandson as a present. This system works great and he loves it. Best part about it is the game system plays all his other games from his older PlayStation 4. Great purchase and the member services were very knowledgeable while helping me.

Great purchase. Excellent graphics with an extensive game catalog. I chose the disc version which allowed me to play previous titles from ps4. The 1TB is great for digital gaming as I can play os portal fe my console while away from home. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased for my husband! He has an XBox but has been talking about PlayStation and how much more variety it offers. He absolutely love his PS5. It was a great value and the fact that he can play all the old school games from our childhood are an added bonus

I bought this PS5 to play Where Winds Meet and I am, incredibly surprised by the amount of storage this console has. I love the 3D sound feature which totally elevates the sound experience. So far my games have run smoothly.

My son just got this PS5 and I have enjoyed watching and playing along with him. The form factor was surprisingly large coming from a ps4 slim, so be aware it is quite a bit larger. The initial sound when starting a game is quite loud as well, but it’s much quieter once underway. The initial loading process for the games takes a good bit of time, but everything launches quickly on all subsequent plays. The controller changes are noticeable and impressive. Overall, happy with the purchase and the strides forward over the previous version.

Worth it for the PlayStation game catalog and modern ps5 games, especially if like me, you've never owned a PlayStation before. However it comes only with a horizontal stand and not a vertical stand. It'd be nice if both were included to allow for both positions.

I waited for a long time to make this purchase. I was tirn between the Xbox and PS5. Also the variations of the PS5. So happy I briguht the 1TB as many games can be download directly to the console. I am beyond please with my purchase.

Exciting playing games again on a system that is so well planned out. Graphics are great and enough storage to keep enough media without worrying about space. I am just getting started but so far so good.

The price the transaction everything was excellent, the machine is excellent, but I’m a 67-year-old man who’s never really played video games, so I’m struggling trying to learn, but that’s why I got it to give me another thing to do.

Excellent console! It is so sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The graphics are so much better and game play is much smoother than the PS4. Best Buy made the purchase so easy through the pickup option, fastest, easiest experience.

Bought this for my close friends son for Christmas. He was totally not expecting it. Was so excited to receive it. His friend ended up getting one also. They’ve been playing online together every day.
