Whenever I think of what real joy looks like, I think of my son and his present this past Christmas Day. Knowing how bad he wanted a PS5 all year, electronics of this kind can cost a pretty penny! But, through much blessings I made it happen. I immediately went to the ONLY place I know worth ordering such a console... Best Buy! In no time did their app help me find the exact PS5. I ordered it and it was ready for pickup the same day! Come Christmas Day my youngest son was ecstatic, and seeing the joy his little face held gave me all the joy the long year before had brought gave ME the joy he would never understand until he has his own son. That joy of watching him pull out his brand new PS5 I ordered from Best Buy was all I needed to know that our little world was a better place. Thank you Best Buy!

Everything works perfectly. I like the design of the system, and I love how the menus look. From the design of the hardware, to the functionality of the software, I really like this. However, I do find it annoying that for every new game you play on it, you have to wait for it to extract data from the discs. But overall, I think this is a really good console, Highly recommended.

Is Very good. I'm happy with my new console. The graphics are improved and it runs games smoothly. I recommend it.

Been gaming since I was little and I have always bought the newest stuff when it comes out and this was not the exception. I must say this has been one of the best purchases I have made in my life. Haven't taken a break since I bought it.

I only got this version to play with my boyfriend but i think it’s sleekness is so perfect for my aesthetic and its so cute! It plays every game great and has so much storage!!

Bought my PS5 from Best Buy and I’m really happy with it! The console works amazing — super fast loading times, graphics look incredible, and it runs quietly even during long sessions. Set-up was quick and easy, and everything came in perfect condition. I’ve been playing a mix of new games and PS4 titles, and they all run flawlessly. Definitely worth the price. Great buy overall!

I recently got the PS5 and my overall gaming experience has skyrocketed. The frames are much faster which has gifted me with smooth gameplay. The games load faster in addition to look better and with all the cross play options available, I can play with most of my friends on different platforms. I'd definitely recommend getting it! Also some games I had on my P4 were still available on P5 and some even came with a free upgrade! Worth the price! P.S: Make sure to keep your console sideways. Even though it's advertised right side up, that is not how it's supposed to be, you'll deal with overheating issues!

It's weight and size make it so adaptable to use in areas or locations where there is limited space. It runs really well and not bad for the price. I genuinely appreciate this console for its remarkable performance and it being tinier to that of the old brother. Its cute yet powerful.

This was a perefevt gift for my husband's birthday. He absolutely loved the digital version. It was easy to set up, and offers a great user experience as the controller os comfortable to use and the graphics is hreat. It fits perfectly in my his office and does not require a lot od storage space.

Got what I expected. If you’re planning on never buying physical discs for your PlayStation 5 then the digital edition is for you. Plus, it looks much better than original or slim edition. Its quiet light weight and to my surprise produces less noise and heat too. I watched many YouTube videos where heating of digital editions was an issue. I just have better ventilation I guess. Very much happy with the purchase. Best buy is the best. The store guy was really helpful and made the purchase experience even smoother. I will suggest Best Buy to everyone planning to buy a PS5 atleast.

When we first bought the Ps5 it had an issue with the hard drive. We took it back and easily exchanged it for another one. The new one works perfectly.
