The PS5 is definitely a big step in a great direction away from the PS4, the controller haptics is beyond astounding. I really enjoy my new console. It runs way better than my previous PS4 Pro! I had an issue with my PS5 package getting lost during delivery, but Best Buy’s customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the problem. They tracked the package and arranged for me to pick it up the very next day at my local store. When I got the PS5, it was brand new, undamaged, and in perfect working condition. The console itself is amazing, with fast load times, stunning 4K visuals, and an incredible gaming experience thanks to the DualSense controller. Despite the initial hiccup, Best Buy’s support made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The new system worked flawlessly but unfortunately I had to return it after two weeks to pay an animal hospital bill. So I have been waiting to purchase another one again so I can enjoy playing games again.

What an amazing console!!! It’s very fast and smooth. WoW! I’ve owned ps3, ps4 and I also have a decent PC with a rtx3060 but ps5 slim it’s a different level! 100% recommended!

Honestly this is my first gaming council I have ever bought and I can’t belive how extraordinary it is! The opportunity to finally play with my friends online makes it very thrilling and exciting. As a 20 year old, this PS5 was meant to be purchased.

Exactly as expected the best console you can buy. This is my second PS5 the new design is extremely nice and you have the option to add a disk drive at any time which is a genius idea. Size comparison to the original is now outstanding. All around a great product.
