Picked up the PS5 from Best Buy and the whole process was super easy and fast. I was literally in and out in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly and had everything ready to go. As for the PS5 itself—absolutely love it. Fast load times, stunning graphics, and a huge step up from the previous generation. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the overall experience!

Amazing upgrade from the ps4, isn't loud at all and runs super smooth in all games. Never had my frames drop below 60 alongside my 144hz monitor. Also glad to see it came with almost 1TB of storage too so that's a nice touch aswell.

My PS5 has been amazing since the day I got it. The graphics are insanely smooth, the loading times are basically nonexistent, and the whole system just feels powerful. The controller is super comfortable and the haptic feedback makes every game feel more realistic. I’ve had zero issues with performance, and switching between games and apps is fast and easy. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made.

The performance is outstanding — games load incredibly fast, run smoothly, and look amazing thanks to the upgraded hardware. The standout feature for me is definitely the DualSense controller. I’m so glad I bought it when it was on sale! Not because it’s a bad product but because it’s awesome and I enjoy it much more while saving money! I’ve been hooked to my ps5 since I got it! I’m a pc gamer and haven’t owned a PlayStation since the PS3 and wasn’t sure what to expect.. but man Sonys ps5 is nice! The subscription to play all the games is good too! I’m getting to play games I didn’t get to as a kid or even playing games I missed after quitting gaming! Man I love it! It’s well optimized too! One thing I didn’t know tho was that physical copies were actually physical, I thought that when you bought them they would just have a cdkey but I was wrong and had to get a disk drive, but I found one after scowering high and low and man!! It’s a blast! I do wish it had more storage but I’m happy nonetheless!

Perfect for online gaming or just watching movies or shows it’s perfect and slim it’s easy to take it places and it’s easy set up overall graphics and quality is great i highly recommend!

The console was absolutely a phenomenal experience and opening it was too, makes you feel like when you had your absolute first console, just wish PlayStation would give you extra storage but other than that it’s a beauty of a console if your the type of hardcore gaming but wanting to play somewhere, Best Buy will never let you down, hands down best store if your wanting to get into tech Customer service 10/10 very nice people they will get you serviced up right away.
