The purchase process was simple and easy and was ready for store pick up the same day. Walked in there was a line of about 6 people waiting for their pick-ups. Only took about 5 mins to get to the counter, the associate scanned my email and brought out the PS5 quickly. I asked for a bag he claimed they didn't have one so I explained my son was in the car and this was his Christmas present so he went out of his way to get 2 bags and successfully cover it. That meant alot to me what great service. 5 stars great experience at this knoxville location.

This machine is my new baby. My first stationary console in over 10 years. Needless to say things are more impressive now! It's fast, hasn't overheated, and looks sleek and modern. The dual-sense controller is ergonomic and has a good hand-feel. 825GB is a little on the low side for storage space these days, I quickly found out, but the PS5 is designed in a way that makes popping the cover off and installing an additional SSD simple and easy.

As a very casual gamer who mostly plays College Football online with friends, the PS5 Slim Digital Edition has been perfect. It’s sleek, runs games smoothly, and feels faster and quieter than my old console. Love how easy it is to set up, and the digital library means no discs to worry about. Great upgrade that fits my play style!

I’ve had my PS5 for a couple of days now, and I’m already blown away by how much it’s changed my gaming experience. Boot-up times are ridiculously fast thanks to the SSD — I’m in the game within seconds instead of waiting forever. Load screens feel like a thing of the past, especially in open-world games like Horizon Forbidden West and Spider-Man.

I got this for my brother for Christmas, the excitement that i saw on his face when he open the gift made definitely the big purchase worth it. Its amazing product, its slim so definitely can fit in small spaces for more security and easy to used if you are a gamer.

Xmas present - in the digital age having the physical CD's can get out of control when space is limited and with the ease that Sony incorporates external storage getting the base model for the price was worth it. Everyone has their own opinion but this is mine.

overall, best experience when I went to go pick up the package the wrap put it in my trunk list in five minutes of me parking I turned on the console. It was so easy to use set up an account for my son and really great servers overall with the Best Buy crew, especially over the holidays.

I finally picked up a PS5 and it’s been amazing so far—super fast loading, smooth gameplay, and the graphics look crazy good. The controller feels really cool with the vibrations and adaptive triggers, definitely worth it if you love gaming.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. The slim design just makes it cute and I feel like it looks a little bit more cooler but overall cool PlayStation and I look forward to playing more ARC RAIDERSSSS

This console is five stars for what I use it for. I do not play console very much due to disability, but the PS5 controllers fit my hand nicely and I can actually play Persona and the like after many years of being unable to. Your miles may vary.

Does it play games well? Yes. Does it have a really cool ui and physical setup? I think so. Are there any games worth diving into here recently? I don’t think so. Personally, I really like the ‘subscribe to ps plus and get old games free.’ BUT, I shouldn’t have to pay money to play online. Also, the ps5 can’t run your ps4 or ps3 disks. The controller is STILL better than Xbox (imo), but I like the feel of the DualShock 4 better. Great system, better priced than Xbox.

Great system, I told myself I’d never give up on my Xbox until I played ps5 at a friends. Now I’m selling the Xbox! Definitely needed more storage so I purchased a wd-black 1tb to add internally.
