Despite being described as "good" condition, The ps5 itself and the controller look like new and works perfectly. Installed an additional ssd in less than 5 minutes. I was pretty surpised how small and lightweight it is compared to my regular ps5 that I had.

First time buying online with Best Buy, but I did the store pickup and it was great! Was ready for me in no time and the woman who greeted me got my order in less then a minute! She was nice and polite and it was very easy for me to make the transaction. Will definitely buy more things this way!

I brought this game console for my teenage son. So far so good. I will say sometimes while suing the game my power trips off. Not sure what that is about. I will try using different place to plug it or a new extension cord. But what I do like is not having all the CDs from the games all over the house.

My son is extremely happy with his PS5. What I didn’t like was the delivery of this item. It wasn’t in a box and it was out in the open that it could’ve been stolen. Especially on a hot item like this one.
