My wife bought this for me.It’s been eight years since I played my PS4 so it took a little bit of getting used to the way things work are different but mine has a disc player on it plus you can digitally download the storage space is not that great. I would recommend getting a a separate storage device, but the picture quality and video quality is great. I would recommend this product.

I used to have a PS4, and now I've switched to a PS5, there's a huge difference. It has great graphics, and all the games have mobility. I love 4K games; they have great graphics and also have 1TB of storage space.

Sony is still going strong with their products. Sure it’s expensive especially in the beginning but they never fail to bring it. I always buy from Best Buy because I know fore sure they treat their stock well and offer great warranties. Don’t buy at any other store, but at the store you know they are not shaking boxes and treating valuable items right!

I loved the process of purchasing the PS5. I ordered it and within an hour or 2 I was able to pick it up. I was very happy with the customer service and how smooth everything was. I literally walked in and walked out. The box was in perfect condition and everything was inside. I’ve been playing on my console for a couple weeks now and it’s been nothing but great. I haven’t had any problems or concerns. I will definitely be a loyal customer and buy more items in the near future as today I just pre-ordered EA FC 25 and I’m sure it’ll go as smoothly as this purchase. PlayStation five is proving to be an excellent platform for both gaming and entertainment. It is an excellent addition to our RVs entertainment system. My particularly like the expanded capability of external 5 TB drives for additional storage for games.

For first PlayStation 5 I love it. If I had anything to tell someone about to get it. Make sure to get external hard drive, the game and updates will eat up memory. Otherwise the graphics and capabilities with this is great enjoy.

Purchased an open box and did a trade in, staff was very kind and process was very easy! product inside was working perfectly and was only missing one the stands but I intended to replace those with an after market one anyway.
