I switched to PlayStation 5 after 8+ years of Xbox. I am extremely satisfied with the speed and ease of access of this console!

I loved the process of purchasing the PS5. I ordered it and within an hour or 2 I was able to pick it up. I was very happy with the customer service and how smooth everything was. I literally walked in and walked out. The box was in perfect condition and everything was inside. I’ve been playing on my console for a couple weeks now and it’s been nothing but great. I haven’t had any problems or concerns. I will definitely be a loyal customer and buy more items in the near future as today I just pre-ordered EA FC 25 and I’m sure it’ll go as smoothly as this purchase. Thank you Best Buy, hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to win this reward.

Great purchase for the price and fantastic graphics, storage and game play. Extremely pleased with my second PS purchase.

So glad i got this instead of the Series X. 100 dollars cheaper, better exclusives, less advertising on the home screen, and Xbox exclusives plus game pass(including Halo and Gears) will be on Playstation eventually. Longer wait sure but since games are rarely finished when released, id rather play a more polished and updated game after a little wait. Or even buy them on sale or used to limit money going to Microsoft. Former Xbox owner primarily.

I used to have a PS4, and now I've switched to a PS5, there's a huge difference. It has great graphics, and all the games have mobility. I love 4K games; they have great graphics and also have 1TB of storage space.

Was debating on getting a ps5 for about 9 months after it came out and never thought about getting one till 20 days ago, Best Buy gave me no trouble getting my stuff and even assure everything was in tact before I left the store .

Love it. No need for the pro. This is good enough. Runs smooth , amazing graphics. Trust me you will be happy with this version of the ps5.

My wife bought this for me.It’s been eight years since I played my PS4 so it took a little bit of getting used to the way things work are different but mine has a disc player on it plus you can digitally download the storage space is not that great. I would recommend getting a a separate storage device, but the picture quality and video quality is great. I would recommend this product.

The game console thst I brought was perfect! The buying process was easy & the customer service was very professional… the game was easy to set up& perform in every aspect advertised. Best Buy is highly recommended & I’ll definitely use them for all my electronic needs. Not to mention the game was well priced.

I love my PS5. Definitely the best gaming system there is with so many genres to choose from. I will always enjoy the hours I put in over the years. Cant wait for the PS6!

Sony is still going strong with their products. Sure it’s expensive especially in the beginning but they never fail to bring it. I always buy from Best Buy because I know fore sure they treat their stock well and offer great warranties. Don’t buy at any other store, but at the store you know they are not shaking boxes and treating valuable items right!

The Playstation 5 slim console is all worth the price and definitely doesn't disappoint. Its a must have for all PS enthusiasts. The tech upgrades add up the overall gaming experience.

I was always an Xbox fan and still am. I finally got a PlayStation for the first time owning one and love it. The setup is easy and like that this console can stand upright or laid down. I went with the disc option because I like to still have a hard copy of some games that I feel are classics to own. The controllers are great and very quiet when mashing buttons smooth control and I really like that they have built in batteries and rechargeable. The PS5 is a great buy and I would recommend getting one even if your not so into gaming it’s great to have for company and yourself on days you just want to live in our world and play in theirs. Must buy for children and adults

If you have free time and don't know what to invest it in, believe me, this device will make up for it. Highly recommended.
