Great. Just to many wires and a little difficult to set up

i ordered an open box because it was the last one in stock at the time. delivery came on time but the iron man game was not included. i called the store several times about this issue and all they would tell me was there was no way to get just the game because of the bundle. and that i would have to return the whole purchase and wait until it came back in stock. i will not order from the Charlotte, Rivergate store EVER again.

It quickly became boring to my son who was so excited to get it. It doesnt register every time

Contacting Sony. I purchased this item early for my sons birthday. Of course now that it’s his birthday we tried to set it up and the controls not working. Can I return or exchange? No! How is it my fault it is not working and I was ordering early since he got a PS5 for Christmas. Frustrating!!

Not comfortable to use. Setup consumer lots of time. Should have inbuilt speaker and wireless might increase the sale.

My daughter loves the Game system but it is missing the game (Iron Man). I was very disappointed because she was looking forward to playing the game and wasn’t able to. I keep getting hung up on with customer service and I need answers.

too many wire and hard to set up , not for the beginner for sure. returned it for an oculus quest 2.

Boxed looked RE tape or packaged.Controls had no recharge cord. Used every other cord I had to sync move controllers, no success. Purchased a recharge cord specifically for psvr move controller on Amazon, still no sync. Now not even ninety days later and I can’t return it.

We am had return this item. Many games are unresponsive to the sensor/headset combo and it makes game play difficult and frustrating. Followed all the instructions still had difficulties. Being tethered also defeats the purpose of VR and a disappointment.

Purchased this on black friday for a Christmas gift for my son. Controller for VR did NOT work and other customers were at the store to return the same thing.

This product was great, until the vr camera stopped working randomly after a ps4 update. I’ve tried everything. Now, since the update, the VR cameras are $160+. Half the price of the entire system. What a crock.

We tried setting this up on Multiple Tv’s and Playstations and the camera continued to have an error, so my son was not able to play his VR system and I will be returning. Very disappointed kid on Christmas day.

We bought it for Christmas and it never worked once. Unfortunately it was a delayed gift and we couldn't return it. So sad because we were so excited!

I brought the VR head set for my grand daughter that live in LA, When my son connected the camera it did not work. Im waiting on my son to ship the headset back to me so I can return it.

The bundle I purchase didn't come with the games and now I have to go and return it. not happy

I was playing Beat Saber but it’s really hard to do this! It was hard to use.

Make sure you have Playstation console .It is not like Meta stand alone

Didn’t work out if the box. Poor service from Sony. Won’t refund purchased games either. Can’t play them.
