Buyer Beware with Open Box - Not as good as new

This has been nothing but trouble. The game code was used and BB claimed the only way to get the code was to return the entire set and buy a new one. Also the controllers don't work. I can spend more money and buy new ones. Nothing but a disaster from the get -go.

I bought this PS4 VR bundle for my kid brother. It was an easy installation. The bundle included instructions, all of the necessary equipment, and a game. The bundle also included a converter for the PS5 to my surprise. It is very easy to use and works well. I was happy to get this price considering a few months prior, the prices were nearly doubled, and it was hard to locate due to supply and Playstation focusing more on the PS5 sales.

It is lots of fun and many of the games were on sale at the PlayStation store. I would recommend. Only issues I have are that my grandson pulled off the rubber face cover and it was very hard to get back on. Also, while the cable from the headset to the ps4 is plenty long, you can get tangled up in it pretty easy. But overall, this was a very fun purchase.
