I was hesitant because the package said it's compatible with Windows 8, but it worked on my late 2007 17" MAC powerbook, very easy to install after reading instructions online. I doubled the memory by upgrading both memory slots without the geek squad !

easy to install, reliable good memory. Cheap and fast

Plugged the memory into my laptop and booted it. It immediately recognized the new memory and it worked perfectly. It is now much faster and easier to use.

It's hard to review something like a memory card, except to say that it appears to perform flawlessly and to specs. It was a breeze to install. I highly recommend this to folks running windows with only 1GB of RAM. The additional 1GB this card offers doubled the RAM in my budget portable and vastly increased its speed.

I was updating my older laptop and needed a bit more memory. I started to order online and thought I would check Best Buy. They had it in stock and it was priced as competitive as any of the online retailers! And was actually a brand name memory stick! Dropped it in and all is much improved with my laptop.

This doubled the RAM in my netbook and sped up the little Toshiba NB205 nicely. It installed easily and, when rebooted, the computer recognized the memory with no problems.

These modules are getting harder to find but were available at BB. Good price compared to other brick and mortar establishments, and not much more than pure online sites. My old Lenovo now purring with this upgrade and Ubuntu.

Associate was extremely helpful finding the item I needed. Item was very easy to install and worked straight out of the box. PC has speed up quite a bit. Very happy with my purchase and experience at the store.

My HP G50 was starting to lag alot with today's memory intensive applications. I upgraded with 2 new SODIMMS. Speed has doubled. Easy to install, at a great price. Added new life to my laptop.

In today's world, computers are expected to be a lot more powerful than they used to be. When my granddaughter's laptop began experiencing performance issues, I found that memory usage was a large factor. This memory expansion helped tremendously. Though she may get a new computer soon, this allowed her parents to better prepare for that, and get her up and running with a computer that, while not good as new, again brings a smile to her face.

This was plug and play RAM and it performs to the highest of standards. I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife's Windows7 laptop was taking forever to open programs. I looked up the model online and found out I could add 1 gig more memory to the laptop. So I purchased this 2 gig memory card to replace the 1 gig card and voila, instant results from a happy wife and a checkbook that didn't have to purchase a replacement laptop yet. The memory fit and synced with the laptop without any issues.

I bought this RAM to upgrade an e-machines netbook. I also added a PNY solid state drive. The owner of the computer was complaining about the computer always jamming and pausing. Once I installed the new RAM and SSD (and installed a fresh copy of windows 7 enterprise), the computer is like new and fast enough to actually use now. I've never had any problems with PNY RAM.
