Well-priced and reliable months later

Assuming dust and usual Father Time did their damage, one of the RAM sticks failed a few days into me using the PC for gaming. Bought 2 of these as replacements and haven't had any issues since. It's not the flashy RGB everybody seems to love, but it works and won't give you issues. It also may be noteworthy that these 2 sticks have to slow down to match my motherboard's speed. They seem to do that without issue, considering since I've had them installed for a little over 3 weeks and they're still holding up just fine. I don't go to PNY for everything, but will certainly be looking their way when I upgrade my RAM in the near future.

Went to buy two but came back a few days later and bought the second one.

Solid memory for casual users

Serious gamers or heavy 3D animations, rendering, and CAD work will want to look at PNY high performance modules or other premium brands. Overall I'm happy with this price to performance ratio and I have never had PNY memory go bad on me in over 13 years.
