Better performance than expected

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After installing this, I’m running a pretty nonstandard rig right now, including two 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws at 2133 MHz, and only one of these 8GB Sticks. Everywhere online spoke against mixing brands, speeds, capacities, etc., yet I instantly got a performance boost and my system has been running smoother than ever, including gaming. If my speeds are lower, I don’t notice it whatsoever.

The additional 8GB of RAM that I installed made all the difference in the world. Now I have no problems running Google Chrome, no matter how many tabs I have open!! For clarity, I now have 16 GB of RAM and a 160 GB SSD.
