They were easy to install, and my computer has been working much more smoothly. My system was previously running on 8 GB of RAM, and it had random memory error / blue screen events. Since the upgrade, there have been absolutely no issues. These are a great value!

Showing 2 slots occupied--and RAM is usually multiples of 4 (and definitely 8 these days), something was wrong. BB's price was reasonable for 2 sticks of "prehistoric" RAM, so . . . working fine so far.

For the technologically illiterate out there, make sure you realize that this is DDR3 RAM which is an older standard, and will only work for older computer systems. The new standard is DDR4, so if you have a relatively modern system, make sure you don't need that instead.
