The O/S recognizes the added memory. The computer is doing fine, and it does seem that its processing speed has improved as I had hoped.

This is an older Gateway (from Best Buy) and it still has some life after this upgrade.

The guy on the phone was very nice.

I bought a stock computer from Best Buy and after a few months it wasn’t running good enough for me to play my games. Bought this and installed it in my pic and I’m back to gaming with no issues.

Good Memory, Reasonable Price, Same Day Pickup.

The memory serves its purpose, my machine runs much smoother now without many hiccups. Thumbs up.

no good ram

Alot of company's run older computers. One of my customers wanted this for one reason or another. So i got it for them. Come to find out, none of the ram ( bought 4 sticks) was 8 gig or even running at rated speed of 1333. CPUz says they are (2) 4 gig sticks and (2) 2 GIG sticks. Best buy gave me the run around and refused to take back the open packages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT
