Excellent memory. I went there for the 4 gig memory but opted for the 8 gig. This vastly speed up my computer and (which I just bought three days prior) I set virtual memory to 1 gig set. I wanted to turn it off but windows 8 likes it to have at least 800 mb. Computer starts up in seconds, applications and such work super smooth. Google earth is fantastic. Would recommend this memory to anyone looking to upgrade existing memory.

Perfect upgrade for my laptop, easy to install, and pass all diagnostic memory tests, as expected. Have purchased PNY memory before and have always been satisfied with it.

My CPU came with 2 slots of 4 GB. Tried 1 new one first for 12 GB for 2 months. Was so happy with it that I bought another 8 GB. Great deal better than buying a new laptop!

one of the better things you can do today for Mac or PC is increase the memory. this was plug and play with no issues

Took less than ten minutes to install in Mid 2012 MacBook pro. Provided a noticeable speed boost, only regret is getting 1 8gb module instead of two 4gbs.

purchased a lenovo all-in-one with 2G ram. once i added norton antivirus everything slowed down. the 8G upgrade improved everything. now gaming is faster.

I am using this in one slot of my Mid 2014 MacBook Pro and it has been working well -- even though you're technically supposed to fill both RAM slots.

I bought this to update my Toshiba laptop. My mistake. I needed low-voltage memory. I'm sure this is fine. It just didn't work for me and I returned it.

I purchased an 8GB DDR stick of memory for under $50. What more could you want. Low voltage memory is required in newer low voltage intel laptops.

My 2011 Mac Book Pro was running slower. I researched, found this memory was comparable, got it for a surprisingly low price from Best Buy; popped it in the laptop myself, and IT WORKS GREAT!! Performance improved instantly. Make sure you get the anti-static wristband, which BB keeps in stock, right next to the memory. I'm glad I did it, I'm sorry I waited.

laptop wouldn't start built in troubleshooting indicated bad memory card. Installed new card and laptop has performed perfectly since the install

PNY may not be *the* pc/laptop memory company but the RAM does exactly what it said it would do, what I expected it to do. What else is there to say?
