This is a great drive. I bought it on sale and it was a great value for a 16GB drive. The reason I bought it, though, was for the sole purpose of transferring files to my Playstation 3. Unfortunately, the PS3 fails to recognize it so buyer beware. Look elsewhere. I have a Kingston that failed to get recognized as well. I do have a Sandisk Cruzer that works. I am not marking down my review based on that incompatibility issue as I feel that's more on Sony's end.

It's a pretty standard USB drive. Got this one because my older one by HP wasn't making the right physical connection in the USB port on my equipment (the contacts didn't line up or connect). This one works great.

I like it like this, just plug it in & forget about it. Windows 7 64bit OS detected it immediately and I've used it several times to xfer files & pics, and it has never given me any trouble. The best priced stick in Best Buy for the amount of memory you get.

Why doesn't my hard drive show the correct size? The short answer to there's two different measurement formats used. Decimal (GB) and binary (GiB) formats. Binary is used by Windows and decimal is used by the manufacturers. Both the manufacturer and Windows are giving you the "correct" number. Thats for the guy who said it doesnt show 16 gb. thats true in mostly all drives. this product isnt bad but the shield sucks because it gets stuck.. I popped it out alot of times so it doesnt do it anymore.

never had problems with any. this one was a good price and it works. the sliding cover is handy, but often slips when trying to insert into usb port and have to pull it back and try again.

Love'd it until it fell apart. It does hold a lot and is awesome for photo editing between computers.

This is one of several PNY data storage devices I own, it is made in the Free World and the only one I had fail on me was one I bought used. Lesson learned!

I bought it when price was slashed down by 75% and it was great deal for the price. Works fine. Not the fastest one in the world but it serves my purpose.

Buy these when they are on sale for 6.99 instead. Great product, but would not pay full price for these.

My only gripe is the outer protective cover is a bit hard to slide. No big deal. The drive works just fine and is a good value, imo.

This item is very handy to have for holding data that you can carry around on the go.

Holds more than enough data for what I need and can't complain about the price.

Bought this to make it a bootable drive for Mac OS X 10.10. Works as expected.

I've always used DVD's to back up my files. I was surprised how easy it is to use a flash drive. I had to put everything on my flash drive from my old computer, and it's proving easy to download it all onto my new computer from the flash drive.

I got this while it was on sale and I can to complain. Pny has always been a go to choice and so far I have had no issues, except I loose it sometimes but that is my fault. Make it wireless and with a ppass code and get 6 stars pny

bought this for my girlfriend, no negative comments. very easy to use, no set up is required. Just wish it was around 30-35 dollars as opposed to 45-50.
