My files got corrupted but other than that it’s ok

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t blame the product itself for my files could have been corrupted beforehand, but I transferred some files over and the then when I tried to open them later on, they were all corrupted. Other than that one instance, the thing works. I don’t know what else to say other than it did the job (until it didn’t, but I don’t know what to blame for my experience which is why I gave it a 3/5)
