Fast Drive If Kept Half Filled with Files

I had no problems initially with files under 4 gigabytes. Flash drive has held up with usage. I noticed that once I had over 100 gigabytes on it the files took about a minute to appear in the drive and then adding or deleting files took exceptionally long to do but did work just fine.
