    At Best Buy, It was labelled on the shelf sticker as a USB-3 but was actually a USB-2. I was disappointed that Best Buy made this mistake but it was not worth my time and hassle to return it. I thought I was just getting a good buy. I usually get these at Staples anyway.

    Bought 2 of these because they were really cheap. Sorry to say that I did not keep them. Plugged one the USB port and NOTHING. Put it in the other USB port, again NOTHING. Checked the USB ports in settings, all reported OK. Got another flash drive and plugged it in, fine. Put it in the other USB port, fine, too. Rebooted the computer (when in doubt reboot, right??). Put the thing back in USB port and again NOTHING. Back to Best Buy. Both the opened item and the other one were returned. No clue as to nature of problem except the symptom - didn't work. Have had this brand "PNY" before and was fine.
