With a PCIe Gen 3 x4 interface, it provides fast read and write speeds, making it an ideal option for gamers and creative professionals who demand quick performance from their storage. Although the 4x4 interface is newer, the 3x4 can be considered much cheaper, especially for those who are looking for an economical price and don't really bother with lesser performance The drive has a large 1TB capacity, so you won't have to worry about running out of space. The drive is also very easy to install and use, making it a great choice for experienced and novice users. Too bad, when I bought this SSD, the 2TB was not in stock. If you are planning to buy a new one, try to buy the bigger size, the price is double (off-course) but it will help you a lot, especially if you only have one nvm slot on your laptop. Overall very nice upgrade for my gaming laptop.

Maybe avoid this drive

Bought a wireless headset, plugged in the dongle, and the drive bit it. Bios sees it, windows installer blue screens, and I end up with a windows error at the bios post screen

A much needed and affordable upgrade!

Used a combination of Macrium with an Nvme SSD reader to clone the disk and then used the Aomei software to expand the main partition to use the full space available on the new Nvme. Working great!

I upgraded from a 2TB HDD to this 1TB HDD, although I lost a TB of storage, all I do is play games on this drive so it doesn't effect me that much. I highly recommend it for stuff like Video Editing, Gaming, Game Design, etc.

Good Storage, Reasonably Priced.
