This drive may be overlooked since it's just under 1 TB in size, but who can complain about that when you get Solid State performance? That's no moving parts, super fast read & write access, and very good reliability all in a small package. We installed it in an i7 desktop, updated it to Windows 10, and have been running Autodesk Inventor, Minecraft, and a host of other applications with unprecedented speed and reliability, at least in our home. Installation was a breeze.

This solid state drive gave new life to my 2008 mac book. I was planning to retire the computer, but with the new drive it runs and performs better than new with four times as much storage space.

I have a Mac Mini Server that I use for a music recording studio. Beside running the hard drive demanding DAW software, it also controls synthesizer software for my keyboard controllers. After some issues that were related to the Apple Mac Mini during the installation, the drive came to life and immediately dropped my boot time from almost two minutes to 27 seconds. Programs load much faster, the DAW software responds crisply to requests, and control of the software on the drive from the keyboard controllers is much more expedient and efficient. It is a bit of money, but it gives new life to your older computer, and it appears to be worth the investment

I replace my daughter's MacBook Pro hard drive with this solid state drive. Very easy process with a USB dock. Computer starts much fast and loads pictures very quickly.

I changed my old 7200rpm notebook hard to this SSD drive and what a difference. It's like I have a new computer. Everything is faster and I can't believe how great it is. My computer restarts in 30 seconds from over 2 minutes before. Also it was a very good deal.

Install was a cinch, cloning my old HDD to the SSD was a breeze...computer starts up almost immediately and everything loads quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this unit!

Can't go wrong with this. The specs speak for themselves, with the speed and the cache. A must have for true durability.

This is a great item. It works just as well as any other brand is one of the cheaper price model. Very reliable.

I prefer the speed of SanDISK Ultra's, but this won't be used super heavy. My Tuner/DVD/streamer media PC so that works fine.

Used it to replace an aged disk SATA hard drive. The connection was easy, however, it does not come with a driver bay adapter for older desktop.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and have had no trouble whatsoever... easy to install and setup and is MUCH faster than my old spin drive was.

I replaced the original 500gb hard drive in my late 2009 MacBook Pro w 8mb RAM with this SSD. Really improved performance. I was thinking I was going to need to purchase a new laptop but this drive and some software cleaning up by a tech left me with a great speedy Mac. I got mine on sale so it was a sweet deal.

The title says it all. Bought 2 of these, one to replace the failing drive on my laptop and one for my wife's laptop. clean install of Windows 10 went smooth on both. Boots in a couple seconds.
