Great for backing up photos, video and more from iphone and ipad. Transfer to pc without having to use icloud.

Works great. I was able to move lot of photos and videos off the iPad. Convenient and cheap way to get some storage back for iPadOS upgrade when running out of space on PC.

The product worked, as expected and described, for our iPad Pro (SW ver 13.7) and iPhone Xs devices. While slightly more expensive than similiar offerings, our first criteria was American made and supported. The program you download for the transfer of files is in the US, NOT China. For safety and security reasons, we do all we can to avoid any Chinese developed or based applications being downloaded onto our devices.

This item works just as I expected it to. It's fast for transferring pictures, music & more. It worked for me without any hiccups. I bought this to watch movies on my iPad/iPhone. You plug the USB end into your computer drop whatever movie you want and plug the iPhone end into your apple device. launch the free included app and you can select whatever movie you want. As long as you have an app that will play your movie (i used VLC player) the movie launches and plays with no problems.

Easy to use way to backup photos from an iPhone. Simple to install and effective in saving and moving photos to my computer. Also easy to restore photos to the iPhone if needed.

bought this on a sale to try and expand my ipad mini and it works as advertised. it is actually very easy to use once you load the app. would definitely buy again.

Since it was NEW it worked perfectly and I was able to offload my pictures from the phone to its 128g storage and later transferred them from the drive to my computer WITH NO PROBLEMS!!
