Only works with DUO iOS app

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using the free DUO-link-4 app from the app store it backs up all your pictures, movies and iTunes-only music. It also will do a 'move' which removes the files from your iPhone/iPad to free up space. Easy to access from home computer with USB 3 type-A plug. iOS 13 was suppose to allow usb access from the apple Files app, but that does not work with this. You can copy music from your home computer to this, but again, you have to play them with the DOU app, which is not user-friendly.

Quality and Easy to Use American Made Product

While slightly more expensive than similiar offerings, our first criteria was American made and supported. The program you download for the transfer of files is in the US, NOT China. For safety and security reasons, we do all we can to avoid any Chinese developed or based applications being downloaded onto our devices.

It's fast for transferring pictures, music & more. It worked for me without any hiccups. I bought this to watch movies on my iPad/iPhone. You plug the USB end into your computer drop whatever movie you want and plug the iPhone end into your apple device. launch the free included app and you can select whatever movie you want. As long as you have an app that will play your movie (i used VLC player) the movie launches and plays with no problems.

You can transfer photos and video in no time. You can even make a backup on it. The software is also pretty easy to use.
