Works like a charm. Plug it into the i-phone port, move photos, videos, or files. Take out and plug into computer. Works like a normal flash drive. Only complaint is I wish it had a greater memory. I know there are others that have larger capacities but I wanted convenience...not to go broke.

I think this was a good deal for the sale price but am not sure how it differs from other flash drives except that it only works to move from iOS products to computers. What I wanted was something on which to store photos and videos but its copies have numbers and no apparent way of knowing what each photo is.

When I switched from a Samsung phone to the iPhone I was disappointed I could no longer use a memory chip to save my photos but this flash drive is a great option for iPhone users. I take a million photos and I’m bad at deleting. So this allows me to save them, access them with my phone anytime from the flash drive and it was easy to use. It takes some time for it to download items from your phone but not too bad. The instructions were easy to follow and I had no issues with the process or the product (transferred around 5,000 pics and videos from my phone)

Works as advertised and great for pulling items off the iPhone , pictures and video and then quickly uploading to other medium.

I got tired of having too many pictures on my phone and no computer to download them too. So I purchased this USB flash drive to free up space on my phone and stored them on the flash drive without having to purchase a computer or something similar to that.

This is amazing. Best way to transfer photos and videos from your phone to computer. Or just to have it backed up.

I thought this was going to work with the native apps on my iPhone, but it doesn’t. It uses its own software for playing movies & music. Good for carrying files, movies & music, but not as an augmentation of memory. I would recommend it so long as this is understood.

Super easy transfer to a non-Apple computer. Ton of memory and super simple. Just need a simple app to transfer the files.

It works well, but the app is a little outdated. You also only have one chance to delete the pictures ad photos when a prompt pops up asking if you want to delete the pictures from your phone. If you miss it, you have to go into your photos and manually delete them.

Truly amazing that this is able to do what I've been trying to have done for a long time. The ONLY problem is that it converts some files to a file format I'm unfamiliar with and have to purchase an app to convert from that format to a jpg. or gif .... This doesn't make sense and I don't think it ought to be so - kinda like sneaking in a small, very small print that describes a significant change without anyone knowing about it. Aside from that, it works wonders and am thankful for it ...

Had a little trouble at first but was able to get it to backup my iPhone 8 no problem did video music and photos

neat little device that adds extra storage to my iPad. fast write speed! if the app doesn't have a native way to view the file, you can easily export it to any installed app that can open it. as a plus, i can use it to charge my iPad when connecting the USB end to external battery.

This was easy and I am no pro at technology. Just insert, download app and backed up everything on my phone. I like that I do not have to put on my laptop right away. Knowing all my info is now stored is s great feeling.

I bought this for my overseas trip as I only had 64gb on my phone and needed to store more movies, shows for the plane ride. I was able to easily copy over movies to the VLC player (download that yourself) via the Duolink App. All very easy and convenient.

This duolink is perfect. I am able to back up my phone on the go and watch movies and have extra pic storage. Also it is perfect size and shape to charge your iPhone from power bank without excessive cord overhang. You can view pics from iPhone, view files, etc! Also you can access files from MacBookPro and windows, and iPad all this out of the box just download the app from Apple AppStore. Btw I recommended to several friends and let them know that bestbuy carries them in stock!
