Just a general warning because it was not reading on my laptop initially. Make sure you are pushing this all the way open, passed the little hump to read it correctly. Learned this after going all the way back to Best Buy thinking I had a defective USB.

After stopping by Apple's Genius Bar for a laptop issue, even the technician was impressed. He literally said, "I didn't think that was correct, wow, it's huge." Naturally, being a guy, I smirked.
