And I give them the memory stick as part of the service. I set most computer to backup to the USB memory stick. I works great and has saved a few people from loosing their files.

Works great

Would like to have a spot on the case where you could label it. We've tried sharpies and it's just wiped off. Other then that, it works great, transfer speed is perfect.

Solid build, fast speed
