    Have to format this first to get it work correctly. There are only 230gb available though, both before and after formatting. Not sure where the other 26gb went to be honest. Transfer speeds are good for small batches (75-ish gb and lower). Trying to transfer the full 230gb will take about 5+ hours.

    I purchased two of these. So far they both work very well and are fast. Admittedly, I put them through some relatively light use so far. I used them to transfer photographs and word field between the laptops. I don't know how will they perform when I use tehm to transfer larger files. One was a bit sticky and took a bit of effort to get the connector out. Now it it can be slid in and out without problems.
