    Perhaps it's my unit, but it conked out on me after I had loaded a bunch of files. I probably had around 10gb uploaded before the disc would shut down. Then when I removed it and inserted it back into the 3.0 drive, it didn't run at all. So I put it into the 2.0 jack and it ran fine. When I deleted all the files, ejected it and inserted it into the 3.0 jack it worked fine. So either my unit is defective, it doesn't work well in the Mac or it's not really 3.0.

    Flash drive has worked great and transfers files very fast. Had some issues plugging into the usb in my car for music, but works great on the computer, so I'm guessing it's the cars issue. Very happy with the purchase. I would buy again.
