    This Flash Drive needs no prep and is ready to use out of the package. It has excellent transfer rates and loads up and responds quickly. It is great for documents , Pictures and movies. I use it to play movies in my TV and it loads fast and plays flawlessly. It is a great value for the price and - I have been buying this brand for 2 years and it is my favorite. I rate it Excellent
