    Used as a quick back up when we had the Geek Sqaud wipe and restart the 1.5 yr old Surfacebook pro 2, that has started acting up and slowed to a creep! Surfacebook 2 pro sucks!

    Good tip from a Geek Squad member as a result of my worrying about losing my pictures. I was currently using a Portfolio as a back up but learned that it can fail/crash much like a computer. I bought two that day. One for me and one for my daughter-in-law.

    The experience on the app was fast and easy. When i picked up the usb's i noticed one of them was 2.0 instead of 3.2 It happens, but the guy instead of get the right one he told me he couldn't do it and i had to make the other line, the one with 32 people ahead of me and he left. Over half hour after i got the items, I was helped in the same station he was and the girl told me that anyone could helped me with that. So instead of a 15 minute pick up i was a little over an hour. there. And only if who ever pull the order would've checked twice.
