    I bought this PNY USB thumb-drive to replace one that is no longer reliable. The "turtleneck" cover on the old one has become a non-resistant slide that no longer gives any protection. I like PNY because they do not load their device with any other soft(spy)ware. But their design is clearly meant to only last about a year of daily use before needing replacement.
