This battery packs a lot of power and charges devices quickly. It does have a screen that shows how much juice is left. The screen will also show how fast it is charging devices. I like the screen, it is backlit. Probably not really necessary but a nice touch. I would not pay a premium for it however, I got this one when it was the deal of the day.

For those people who are out-and-about a lot and use their smart phones extensively for photography and apps, then it is not terribly uncommon for the phone's power to run low after a day's worth of use. Even though phone battery capacity is improving, running out of juice can be a problem, such as on long airplane rides. So, I made my first portable power purchase I am glad that I did so. It is a relatively small, portable unit that can recharge phones and other devices on the go. It now travels everywhere with me in case it is needed.

I bought this PNY battery pack so I could charge my phone and other devices at night while sleeping on a camping trip, and then recharge the battery pack in the daytime. It worked wonderfully for this purpose, and I was able to go two or three days before I had to recharge the battery pack and this was after charging a nearly drained smart phone. The LCD display gives a clear indication of the remaining charge in the battery pack, and also the charging current draw individually for the two USB charging ports. It's a bit big, but not really for a 10,400 mAh device. If you need a lot of power or are going where you need several days of recharging capacity I would recommend this unit. Now looking for a nice carry case for it.

The battery lasts really well and I like the display which shows how much power is being consumed by each device. Great battery.

This battery back is a nice to have but not required. My use for the battery pack was strictly to increase my battery life on my tablet+phone from 10 hours to 20+ hours while I'm working from a park or other outdoor location. The quality of the battery doesn't justify the high price tag however. I knowingly bought this battery since I wanted to get more time out in the sun and later ordered a Monoprice 16,000 battery back for $25. I would NOT recommend this item to a friend as I'd tell them to save their money and buy two Monoprice 16,000 battery packs instead.

This is a great power pack to have when you need a boost. I can charge my smart phone from 0 to 100 a few times with this power pack. Nice digital display so you know exactly how much juice you have left. Dual USB slots so you can charge two things at once. Would def buy again.

I bought this portable charger since all of our iPhones seem to be close to losing power at the most inopportune times! I loved it so much I bought a second one. We all needed to be somewhere and wanted it with us so now we have two to share and are never without our phone. As long as you charge it every so often, it's super beneficial to have during power outages which we have experienced. I highly recommend this product!

Great portable battery back up, holds power for a long time and can charge 2 devices at one time

It charges fairly quickly and the display is a nice touch. It's rated for 6 charges but in my usage I got around 4 (LG G4/Galaxy S6)

Boy!!! This back up battery came in handy so many times during my 9 day vacation!!! Charged my daughter's and sister's phones several times while at Disneyland and Star Wars Celebration!! And my JVC quad pro video camera!!! One question tho, is the screen supposed to still glow while its powered off?

i bought this charger for my daughter to use while camping. She has an iPhone 6 and charged her phone all 3 days and could have used it again. It was more than I wanted to spend on one but I wanted something that would let you charge your device a few times...I also like that we can charge 2 devices at once.

This device holds a charge. I have used this power bank to charge my Galaxy S4 3 times with power to spare. Holds charge for 30 days easily. Very happy with this purchase. Great value for the money

Awesome product for the price. Charged numerous devices such as iPads, iPods, iPhones, and blackberry devices. Never had a problem. Has the capacity to charge IPhone at least three times with stored power. Only issue I've had is that it's a bit hard to conceal when wearing a suit but performance is great.
