Windows 10 had no problems recognizing the card and installing drivers - did not need to install anything from disc. Runs quietly and smoothly. This computer is not used for gaming, but if you are really looking for a gaming video card this is probably not on your list anyway. Works fine for everyday tasks and video.

Great upgrade switch from Win7 to Win10

Windows 10 did not support the onboard video Chip set on the Dell unit, So they were down to a single monitor. This was a quick, inexpensive upgrade to get them through to the Next EHR software release. Play multiple configuration options for half height or full height slots came in very handy as this was a small form factor PC.
