Fortunately, the price for these is low.

Basic graphics card

Works better than an integrated graphics card, plays super basic games (think Minecraft) decently. Only reason for the 3 stars is because for what this card is, the price ($70 when I bought it) makes this basic GPU not worth it.

This Video Card not support 2 monitors

After I spend an hour configure software over and over again I called for Tech support. I was talked my Dell power supply unit does not have request power to make a video card running. So returned a card and other ATI video card was up and running in 10 minutes

Usable video card

It only utilizes a 64-bit bus width, so speed is greatly reduced compared to the average card. If one is only doing some web-surfing, document creation, or youtube style video watching, then it will work fine. Definitely not for gaming by any means.
