Don’t trust what is written on the box!

Found out everything was soldered in and there is no adding memory when they do that unless you want to spend a lot more money replacing the motherboard also. Do what I did, just buy a different computer! It may be a good memory stick but I’ll never find out!

Doesn’t Work

I called Best Buy and the sales rep helped pick this ram for my laptop. I installed it and my computer won’t turn on. But the old one back in…works fine. So not sure what happened hear but I feel dupped.
