There are plenty of GTX1650 cards to choose from. This one went in smoothly and is nice and quiet.

Beware of driver issues

During the Nvidia driver installation, my PC rebooted and would no longer boot into Windows 10. My PC just froze with a blank screen when booting. I had to do a hard power off and restore my computer twice after trying to get them to install.
I had to return the card for a refund.
Looking online, it appears to be a very common issue for these drivers. For some reason, Nvidia drivers have a history of causing boot up hangs, even with Linux.

The video card is adequate for playing games at 1080P but once you go to a high res mode, the card bogs down.

I can play CSGO around 150-190 fps using the max fps command in steam. Destiny 2 runs at around 60-75 fps which is actually pretty good considering Destiny 2 is a demanding game in terms of graphics. Might have to upgrade when Cyberpunk 2077 comes out. Also upgraded from a gtx 460 lol so it's obviously an improvement. Great for light gaming at 1080p but if you want to get into more demanding games, get something better.

The GTX 1650 is a better card then the GTX 1050ti I am getting about 12 more FPS then before in most of the games even better in some.. And everything looks better.. But think it's over priced like most things.. You think prices would be lower do to the virus problem.. I think best buy needs to change it's name because I really never see a Best Buy at Best Buy.. Most of the time it's Worst Buy.. That's why 3 stars..
