On par for the price.

Good for archival purposes but if you plan to use it often for large quantities of data, there are faster though more expensive options available. I'd recommend it, but with caveats.

VERY SLOW TO UPLOAD FILES FROM USB TO (MAC/DRIVE)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I uploaded an MP4 file less than 1 gig to Google Drive. I intended on doing two before I headed off for work, but when I saw how long the upload was taking, I OF COURSE only did one, and hit the road to make service calls. I've used PNY USB drives before. I now remember them being particularly slow, but perhaps I wasn't quite as much in a rush to upload as I was today, and that's why I noticed it. I didn't walk away I was watching the time say something like 5-7 hours while my mouth is dropping in disbelief. It probably, in reality, took 20 minutes (I, admittedly, did not time it). Its a brand new Mac 2021 and internet is reliable so that's not the issue) But man, and woman, when you are in a rush, do not use these. I voted 1 star but I'm going to increase the score 1 point. It is a reliable product. I do plan on using them as throw aways; to simply give my customers (a copy of their sewer video inspection, gratis, and to save myself the need of uploading at all (until these UBS I have run out).
