What can I say about this game except awesome. For one in a poking game you control a Pokemon and not a person who finds and fights Pokemon like an RPG. This is like a street fighter style game but has a complexity for a advanced player and is well styled enough that even a young child could can play and win as well.

Love when people say there aren't any decent games for the Wii U, and quite honestly there are some absolutely GREAT games for this system. Pokken Tournament ranks up there as one of them. The only downside is that there aren't more characters to choose from, but hopefully any DLC will help with that. Great game!

Pokken Tournament is a bit of a throw back to the old PS1 arena brawlers of yesterday. It tries to do 2 things and does them well. Its half traditional 2d fighter and half arena brawler. Its not the best fighting game out there by any means, but the familiarity with the Pokemon franchise should be enough to draw you in even in the short term.

If your kid or you love pokemon and enjoys playing the games this is a pretty cool game you would enjoy it, if you ever played the pokemon stadium game on Nintendo 64 this is sort of the same thing but the newer version of it has a different style to.it which makes it a very cool game in my opinion.

This game is hands down one of my favorites on the Wii-U. The story is nothing special, but the fighting mechanics are solid and unique enough to make it stand out in a sea of fighting games. Also, the cast of characters isn't very large by any means, but it is extremely diverse. 10/10 would buy again

What more could you ask for! It's amazing! The graphics are great, the fighting is good, and the combos are almost limitless. Good fighting system. The tournament mode is a little repetitive, but it lets you get the feel of the game pretty well. I haven't tried online yet, but I have heard that it's great. Can't wait to try that!

Pokken Tournament is pretty much how I imagined battles actually worked in the Pokemon universe when I first played the game 18 years ago. The battles are fairly nice and transitioning from 2D to 3D is pretty good. My only problems with the game are the mediocre story bits you get in the Story Mode and your Cheerleader/Coach.

This is must have for any one that loves pokemon. Get it soon to get your shadow mewtwo amiibo card

This is how Pokémon should fight in the regular games! It is a really fun fighter. Charizard is my favorite fighter thus far. I am a little disappointed with the small roster, like they were rushing to complete it so they cut characters. Still a load of fun though. A worthwhile buy.

This game's controls can be very overwhelming to your typical gamer. For example, Smash Bros. is much easier to pick up and play than this game. Despite that. the graphics are very good, the online is great relative to Smash Bros., and an overall great experience if you have the patience to learn the combat system.

I would highly recommend this game. It is nothing like your standard pokemon game on the DS, but it definitely brings back old memories to the Nintendo 64 days with Pokemon Stadium. I definitely enjoy playing this game and leveling up my Lucario. Definitely a fun game to play.

Having become interested in Pokemon lately due to the latest Pokemon Go craze, I picked up this game to surround myself with more Pokemon goodness. I'm not really good at these fighting games, but I'm still having a blast playing it with family. Neat graphics and gameplay!
