This new entry in the Pokemon series offers polished graphics, an intriguing story and fun gameplay mechanics; but the highlight is the new battle system, which has been totally revamped. You can now battle other trainers, and wild Pokemon in real time. The fast paced battles have been an incredible addition to the series and I hope their here to stay. The Mega mechanic is also back. I recommend this game to every Pokemon fan, and anymore who has been put off playing the last few installments. This is the one to get.

Me being a big Pokémon fan I like the open world concept because it gives you more to explore I also caught my first shiny which was a shiny Magikarp I was even looking for shinys I was going through one of the wild zones I went down a set of stairs and turned to the right and there’s was a shiny Magikarp right in front of me

Great Game. Best Buy made sure I had it early in the day it released. No regrets in the process to purchase or in game play. Will be buying my Nintendo Switch 2 from BestBuy soon as It is Affordable or the tie a great discount!

Obviously, it could be better, especially the building design, but most of the other issues aren't something you'll notice without actively looking, so to me it's still a 5/5.

Pokemon X/Y was one of my favorite pokemon games, and Legends is a nice new edition to Kalos, expanding on Lumos. Along with the new characters there are callbacks to X/Y and even a few from the original make appearances for a but of nostalgia as well as a peek on how their live have played out since our parting. The new battle system took some getting used to, but it adds a certain sens of realism and dangers that the turn bases system lacked. Of course trainers should have to dodge opposing pokemon attacks along with their partner! Why wouldnt they need to deal with the same AOE effects as their partner a foot or 2 away?

Very entertaining. The new battle system is fun and the graphics are better than ever. The Pokemon feel alive with their new animations and more saturated colors

I specifically choose the Bestbuy pre-order for legends z-a to get the exclusive mat! The game is 5*s all the way for me. I'm a long time pokemon fan and really enjoy the mechanics this games offers. It provides the closest immersive battling pokemon has ever offered. You can activily stratagize during battles while having full movement. Shiny hunting is also crazy easy. Some don't like this, but I've been enjoying it. I also had an issue with my pre-ordered mat. It wasn't sent out on release and I thought it would never be sent. I called customer service and they informed me there was a shipping delay and assured me not to worry. The delay was due to stock not meeting demand. They over-ordered. I did infact recieve it just like the representative said. It was stressful in the moment to go through this however, as I pre ordered this day one it went up on the website, which was 3 months in advance. My boyfriend pre-ordered the same bundle 3 days before release and he got his right on release. We live at the same place. It would be nice if bestbuy prioritized sending out the oldest pre-orders over the new ones so this doesn't happen. Not sure how the process is, but I didn't get my mat untill after 2 weeks after release. Im still leaving a 5* review because I'm very happy I recieved everything.

Super fun and engaging. New mechanics make the canonical battles and capturing more thrilling. The most fun I've had with the Pokemon games. Soundtrack is well composed too. Many complain about the graphics, but for it is appropriate for the gaming system and falls within the Pokemon artistic style.

One of the best Pokémon games ever made! Lumiose City feels very open world and there’s tons of stuff to do outside the main mission. The new battling mechanic is very nice and offers a new strategy for Pokémon battles. Online play is also fun with the rank system and obtaining mega stones.

This pokemon games battle mechanic changes make it feel more like the tv show than just a simple game. Its refreshing to see you call out your pokemon and recall them back into their pokeball. Also well timed defensive moves will protect your pokemon from taking damage

I'm halfway done with game. I have to say. the game overall is really fun. Royale Z-A adds a unique spin to trainer battles, and catching Pokemon in the city is pretty cool. But the game graphically leave a lot to be desired, and since the game takes place only within the city, you'll get bored real quick with the (although good) repetitive OST. The story is somewhat solid.

The game has a lot of good and then some ok parts. Getting to real time battle is really one of the best parts. The graphics are not the best at times, maybe they are better on the switch 2. But if you love pokemon I recommend this game

A great, cheaper way to play Nintendo switch games if you don’t mind not playing it on your tv. It’s the only switch that perfectly fits in a pocket. Plays at the same performance as a regular switch

One of Pokemon’s best entries. The game is so smooth and is enjoyable to play. Also Best Buy’s fast and easy digital download via e-delivery is one of the best things ever!

Great Pokemon game I highly love it. I’m glad they brought back mega evolution back and they gave some new Pokémon mega evolution.

ZA is my first Pokemon game ever. I was hesitant to buy this game due to the negative reviews it got but honestly, I'm glad I bought it. I had really good time playing it and learning about the new Pokémon. I would say, though it is a bit repetitive traveling back to the hotel, which is the main base a bunch of times. Lumiose City is a nice little city. Yes the graphics of the city might not look that good but honestly, the most important part are how the Pokémon look in which they actually look really good especially the Mega evolutions. After playing this game, yeah I have been missing out on Pokémon games. I am looking forward to the new Pokemon 10th gen game coming out next year!

I've been playing pokemon games for years, and I absolutely loved this one. I don't regret buying it at all.

Another Legends title that didn't really hit the expectations for me. Loved some of the Pokemon they added to the game but just felt lacking in environment.

Fun game with fun music its pokemon had fun. Would recommend if you are a poke.on fan
